Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every Radiance Skin product. If you’re not happy for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How it works:
• Items must be unopened, with all seals intact and in original packaging
• Contact us at support@myradianceskin.com with your order number
• We’ll send you a prepaid return label if eligible
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Important: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare, gels, masks, or personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
UK & EU Customers: You have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period in addition to our 30-day policy.
Damaged on arrival? Just let us know straight away and we’ll send a replacement or refund you immediately.
